**As a copy supervisor at Kreativ Street, your key responsibilities are the following**:

- Understand the brands assigned to the core including but not limited to its market, target audience, communication challenges and objectives, tonality of the brand, competition, etc.
- Liaison with the strategy, account management (servicing) and art team to develop outstanding creative work for social, digital and mainline
- Lead big digital and mainline campaign including digital films, TVC, print ad, activation, etc. and seeing through the output end-to-end
- Lead and manage a team of copywriters and art folks
- Lead creative strategy workshop internally and externally (with client) to discuss and agree on the campaign calendar for the year
- Ensure 100% client retention by delivering output of highest quality
- Grow the account 30% YOY by pro-actively suggesting ideas and opportunities for your brand
- Prior experience of 5-7 years in marketing / advertising domain
- Ability to crack creative ideas independently
- Ability to articulate and execute campaign ideas (end-to-end)
- Ability to interact internally and externally (with clients)
- Ability to lead and manage a team of 4-6 copywriters and art folks
- Prior experience in handling large campaigns and supervising output end-to-end
- Exposed to cinema/popular culture
- Love for advertising
