**Your Role**
- Responsible for evaluating and defining solutions to meet business objectives for process automation, irresistible user experiences and enhanced insights
- Develop high level cost estimates and resource proposals required to implement solutions
- Ensure that high level designs and low level designs are developed to support the solution and become part of the technical body of knowledge
- Represent their solutions and design documentation at an architecture review board to ensure design and requirements and aligns to governance, security and technology standards.
- Ensure the solution is delivered as per design to ensure a successful implementation as it progresses through the PMO process.
- Ensure that solution designs are end to end with an enterprise approach and be leveraged across different BUs and territories
- Contribute to the definition of the support model post implementation so that the solution is sustainable and generates maximum value
- Oversee releases and upgrades to ensure that the platform evolves and is stable over time.

**Your Background**
- Bachelor or Masters degree in IT or engineering or equivalent learning path
- 7+ years of experience in multi-national environment within technology domains
- Understanding of the business processes in the HR area (talent development, acquisition, compensation) with a track record of technology enablement to drive automation efficiencies
- A background in Workday Talent process design and implementation
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Comfortable with challenging established ways of working to bring process and automation improvements and getting agreement to change
- Workday certifications, Admin, Consultant or other.
- Strength in translation of business needs into solution requirements and working with stakeholders to define and agree priorities
- A track record of good collaboration and business value delivery; operating successfully in a matrixed IT environment.
