Lanteria is a flexible HR system based on the Microsoft SharePoint tech stack. Its customer base includes enterprises such as Lufthansa, Warner Bros, and Lockheed Martin. Lanteria's target customer base is mid-size companies that work within the Microsoft ecosystem and is looking to leverage a SharePoint-based HRIS Solution.

**About the Role**

We are looking to rebuild Lanteria from the ground up using a modern-day OpenSource Tech stack that serves as a Unified Back-End for both Sharepoint and Non-SharePoint Users.

This **career-defining role **will give you a ton of exposure to building new products at a large scale. It will require a deep understanding of the business, strong technical architectural planning & hands-on coding.

As we scale and build our organization, we would like to add an individual to our core Technical Leadership who can scale our key product and projects and help us build and foster relationships with Enterprise clients.

We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our team. You will be working on revamping and rebuilding the product that is currently built in SharePoint 2013. We aim to build a new version of this product that will have a unified Back-end, capable enough to serve both SharePoint Online users and Non-SharePoint Online users.

The product is currently served to Customers in SaaS and On-Premise solutions across the globe. As an experienced software engineer, you should be able to demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to drive the implementation of new features and improve our product offering.

We are looking for an experienced Technology Leader to join our fast-growing organization to help us with driving Technical Strategy, Approach, and overseeing the Implementation of internal and external products.

You should be someone who loves Engineering, have amazing debugging skills and slay problems with technology.

**Job Requirements**
- Hands-on Communication and Documentation skills for documenting requirements, user scenarios, and Solutions
- MCPD certification is must have
- Subject Matter Expertise in Sharepoint 13, and JavaScript Technologies (NodeJS, AngularJS, ReactJS)
- Expertise in the development Multi-Tenant SaaS Database Architecture using PostgreSQL (PLSQL)
- Experience working with a remote product engineering team
- Deep experience and comfort in development, coding, and overseeing the execution of the technology roadmap
- Proficiency in Enterprise Integration strategies and Proficient in BPM Tools
- Hands-on understanding of Cloud Native Applications, Hybrid Cloud, Government Cloud concepts, and services offered by Amazon and Azure
- Excellent Interpersonal skills to work with a large number of cross-functional teams in customer environments and distributed teams.
- Long-term thinking of strategies to migrate or build a new app.

**Must Have**
- The right person will be highly technical and analytical.
- Possess a maximum of 10 years of current solution architecture (implementation) experience.
- **Experience re-architecting and migrating Sharepoint Software to the latest technologies such as Open Source.**:

- Previous experience working for HRIS, Fintech, or Martech Products is also preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.

**Salary**: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
