**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process across multiple departments
- Source and screen resumes through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Assist in employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Comfortable with using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
