Role of an HR Executive
An HR Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating various human resource functions within the organization. They act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with policies.
Key Responsibilities of an HR Executive
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, shortlisting, interviews, and selection).
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement activities.
- Support conflict resolution and maintain healthy workplace culture.
3. Attendance & Payroll Management
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Assist in salary preparation and coordinate with the accounts/finance team.
- Ensure compliance with statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
4. HR Policies & Compliance
- Implement and communicate HR policies, rules, and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Prepare HR-related documentation (appointment letters, confirmations, exit formalities).
5. Performance Management
- Assist in performance appraisal processes.
- Track employee performance and provide feedback support to managers.
- Maintain employee records related to performance and training.
6. Training & Development
- Identify training needs in consultation with managers.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, or learning activities.
- Maintain training records for future reference.
7. Exit Management
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Ensure full & final settlement of employees.
- Maintain records of resigned/terminated employees.

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
