HR Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
  • Handle payroll, attendance, and employee benefits administration.
  • Conduct training, performance reviews, and career development programs.
  • Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Admin Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and administration activities.
  • Manage procurement, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
  • Supervise office staff, security, and housekeeping teams.
  • Maintain records, documentation, and reports.
  • Handle budgeting, expense control, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure workplace safety, health, and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Support senior management in strategic planning and decision-making.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
