HR Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
- Handle payroll, attendance, and employee benefits administration.
- Conduct training, performance reviews, and career development programs.
- Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Admin Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and administration activities.
- Manage procurement, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
- Supervise office staff, security, and housekeeping teams.
- Maintain records, documentation, and reports.
- Handle budgeting, expense control, and resource allocation.
- Ensure workplace safety, health, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Support senior management in strategic planning and decision-making.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
