**Job Summary**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Design engaging and visually appealing social media posts for various platforms.
- Create high-quality website banners and promotional materials.
- Perform image manipulation, enhancement, and editing as per project requirements.
- Edit and produce videos, incorporating motion graphics as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand design needs and deliver accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and creativity in designs.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Work on multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Proven experience** as a Graphic Designer with 1-2 years of professional experience.
- **Proficiency in industry-standard design tools** such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- **Strong knowledge of video editing** software and motion graphics creation.
- **Excellent understanding** of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- **Ability to manage multiple projects** efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills** to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- **A keen eye for aesthetics and details** to create visually appealing designs.
- **Familiarity with the latest design trends** and emerging tools in the industry.
- **Educational Qualification**: A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is a must.
