Design and develop a variety of engaging materials, including brochures, banners, posters, social media graphics, and other marketing collateral for Winered branding and outreach.
- Create A+ Content, Seo knowledge.
- Create and refine branding assets to strengthen Winered visual identity and brand impact across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns that align with institutional goals and target audiences.
- Maintain consistency with Winered brand guidelines, ensuring a cohesive and professional look across all materials.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, delivering high-quality work within established timelines.
- Adjust and enhance designs based on constructive feedback from team members and stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work across print and digital media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), motion graphics software (such as Adobe After Effects), and additional design tools.
- Strong knowledge of visual design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Prior experience in branding and marketing for educational institutions or similar sectors.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

**Software Requirements**:

- Minimum proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with motion graphics software (Adobe After Effects or similar).
- Knowledge of web design and multimedia software is a plus.
- Familiarity with video editing and web-based design tools would be advantageous.
