**Job Title: Graphic Designer Executive**

**Location: Gurugram**

**Experience: Minimum 6 months - 1 year**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Social Media Post Designing**:

- Create visually appealing and engaging designs for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Develop creative content strategies in collaboration with the marketing team to ensure designs resonate with target audiences

**2. Website Banner Designing**
- Design high-quality banners for the company website, ensuring consistency with branding guidelines.
- Optimize designs for web usage to ensure fast loading times and responsiveness.

**3. Image Manipulation**
- Perform advanced image editing, retouching, and manipulation to achieve desired results.
- Work on photo compositing, background removal, and color correction as needed.

**4. Video Editing**
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal use.
- Add motion graphics, effects, and soundtracks to create engaging video content.

**5. Client Communication**
- Liaise with clients to understand project requirements, provide updates, and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality designs within deadlines.

**6. Collaboration**
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand design requirements.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for campaigns.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Strong knowledge of video editing software and motion graphics creation.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Familiarity with the latest design trends and tools.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
