**Job Summary**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Design engaging and visually appealing social media posts for various platforms.
- Create high-quality website banners and promotional materials.
- Perform image manipulation, enhancement, and editing as per project requirements.
- Edit and produce videos, incorporating motion graphics as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand design needs and deliver accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and creativity in designs.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Work on multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with 1-2 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.**:

- Strong knowledge of **video editing software and motion graphics creation.**:

- Excellent understanding of **design principles, typography, and color theory.**:

- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details to create visually appealing designs.
- Familiarity with the latest design trends and emerging tools in the industry.
- **Educational Qualification**: A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is a must.
