Position: Performance Marketer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Performance Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing efforts to achieve optimal performance, ROI, and growth. Your expertise in data-driven marketing strategies, campaign optimization, and innovative approaches will be instrumental in reaching our marketing goals.

**Responsibilities**:
Utilize data analysis and insights to identify opportunities for campaign optimization, conversion rate improvement, and overall marketing performance enhancement.

Develop and implement A/B tests to continuously refine and optimize campaign elements, including ad creatives, landing pages, targeting parameters, and messaging.

Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to achieve marketing objectives.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copies, visuals, and other marketing assets that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing technologies, and integrate these insights into the marketing approach.

Manage budgets effectively, allocate resources wisely, and ensure efficient spending on marketing initiatives while maintaining performance goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising partners, affiliates, and other marketing vendors to explore new opportunities for business growth.

Implement and optimize various retargeting and remarketing strategies to engage and convert potential customers throughout their buying journey.

Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, such as content, sales, and product, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Performance Marketer or in a similar digital marketing role.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or other relevant platforms.

Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns for key performance metrics, such as CTR, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates.

A creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions to drive business growth.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and across departments.

Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and understanding of statistical significance.

Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing is a plus.

Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

**Salary**: ₹10,415.92 - ₹30,672.76 per month
