Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing campaigns across various digital channels to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end campaign management on multiple channels.
  • Develop innovative campaign ideas and collaborate with the team to implement them.
  • Work closely with design and content teams to develop high-performing marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign production schedules and notify them of relevant outcomes.

Excellent analytical skills, creativity, and attention to detail are essential for this role. The ideal candidate should have high ownership and be able to multitask effectively.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience running Google and Facebook ads extensively.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing principles.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
  • Experience with lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and interest-based audiences.
