JOB SUMMARY
- Your role is primarily to act as a link between the clients and the agency. You are responsible for the coordination of advertising campaigns. You must understand your clients' needs and objectives, and liaise closely with them throughout campaigns, on a daily basis. You will also be responsible for the management of administrative and campaign work and ensure that advertising projects are completed on time and in the budget. You role will involve handling multiple accounts and can be long in a competitive environment.DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identifying their advertising requirements
- Working with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and works around the allocated budget
- Presenting, alongside agency colleagues (particularly the account manager), the campaign ideas and budget to the client
- Working with the account manager to brief the media, creative and research team, and assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies
- Liaising with, and acting as the link between the client and advertising agency, by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively
- Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification
- Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns
- Arranging and attending meetings

OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily updation of Job Status Report and ensuring that it is complete and updated at all times
