- **Graphic Design**:
- Create visual assets for social media posts, advertisements, and campaigns using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand identity and effectively communicate the desired message.
- **Social Media Strategy**:
- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- **Community Management**:
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage social media inquiries.
- Foster relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:
- Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Provide regular reports to management on social media performance and insights.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather content and promote company initiatives.
- **Paid Advertising**:
- Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns to achieve specific goals such as lead generation and conversions..
Social Media Management:
Develop, execute, and manage creative social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
Schedule and publish engaging, relevant, and high-quality content to drive traffic and increase brand awareness. Social media calendar strategies.
Able to handle multiple brand social media profile.
Remarketing Campaigns:
Plan and implement remarketing strategies to re-engage potential customers and drive them back to the sales funnel.
Utilize data from pixel tracking, analytics, and previous campaigns to target the right audience effectively.
Meta Ads Management:
Create, optimize, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing and graphic design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work and social media content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
