Position: Academic Counselor

Working Days: 6 days a week

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Day Off: Sunday

**Job Description**:
Providing detailed information about courses, curriculum, admission requirements, and career prospects to potential students.

Conducting one-on-one counseling sessions to understand the academic and professional goals of students and recommending suitable programs accordingly.

Maintaining accurate records of student interactions and inquiries.

Collaborating with other departments such as admissions, marketing, and faculty to ensure smooth student onboarding and retention.

Keeping abreast of industry trends and developments to provide relevant and up-to-date information to students.

Participating in promotional events, workshops, and seminars to attract new students and enhance the institution's visibility.

Providing post-enrollment support and guidance to students to ensure their academic success and satisfaction.

Handling any inquiries or concerns raised by students regarding courses, schedules, or other academic matters.

Upholding the values and reputation of Great Learning through professional conduct and exemplary customer service.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, psychology, or a related field.

Prior experience in academic counseling, student advising, or customer service preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to empathize with students and understand their needs and concerns.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as required.

Knowledge of the education industry and market trends.

A positive attitude and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹750,000.00 per year
