This is a full-time role for an Associate Counsellor. As an Associate Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing counselling and support to clients. This includes conducting one-on-one counselling sessions, assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and facilitating group therapy sessions. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of client progress and collaborate with a team of counsellors and healthcare professionals.

**Qualifications**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide empathetic and nonjudgmental support
- Experience in counselling individuals and facilitating group therapy
- Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment strategies
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
- Master's degree in Counselling, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience working in a clinical or therapeutic setting is preferred

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
