**Urgent Hiring for Trade Marketing - Mumbai (kurla)**

**Experience** - 5 years minimum.

**Job Responsibility-**
- **Visibility management**:

- Develop and execute effective trade marketing strategies to drive visibility in market.
- Collaborate with the sales team and HO to align marketing activities along with sales objectives.
- Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Proactive approach to identifying key visibility in the market basis business & product.
- Maintain data repository of various activities conducted.
- **Channel Management**:

- Maintain standardisation and Conduct Retailer/ dealer meet for Region/ Branch.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other partners.
- Implement channel-specific marketing initiatives to maximize product visibility and availability in co-ordination trade marketing team.
- **Promotions and Campaigns**:

- Plan and execute promotional campaigns to boost product visibility and consumer engagement.
- Monitor the effectiveness of promotions and campaigns and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Coordinate with CTM / PL team to conduct festive/New Product Launch campaigns
- **Merchandising and Point of Sale (POS) Materials**:

- Develop impactful merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility in-store.
- Coordinate the design and production of POS materials like displays, shelf talkers, and banners.
- Ensure consistent branding across all retail touch points.
- Vendor Management: Develop new local vendors for effective execution of collaterals and campaigns.
- **Budget Management**:

- Manage the trade marketing budget effectively, maintain and reconcile budget vs expenses. Ensure effective utilisation of resources for various planned activities.
- Monitor expenses and ensure spending remains within budget constraints.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Collect and analyse data related to sales, promotions, and campaign performance.
- Generate regular reports and insights to assess the effectiveness of trade marketing efforts.

**Salary**: ₹1,295,711.25 - ₹1,507,265.67 per year
