PMO - 2-5 Years of Experience

As a PMO, you will have following responsibilities:
- Help senior management and business partners in defining project scope, objectives and governance
- Define key performance parameters and create regular variance reports to track progress
- Development of policies and procedures, risk assessments, control frameworks, operating models and optimisation of processes
- Schedule and facilitate project review meetings for the purpose of updating status
- Escalate complex issues and decisions to senior-level PMO colleagues
- Identify and make recommendations for improvement to existing processes and procedures
- Identifies program risks, perform probability and impact analysis, determine responses to risks, track risks, and execute responses as needed
- Updating Knowledge on current developments in the Risk, statutory Quality fraternity
Skilled Required:
- 2 - 5 years of Project management experience in a financial services environment and/or experience involving in projects from the business perspective. KNolwedge of enterprise risk and regulations will be highly desirable
- High level of organizing, documenting, record keeping and publishing skills
- Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
- Experience using MS Project, MS Office, and MS Visio
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills in the interactions with various internal business partners across different seniority levels
- Experience working for a large, international corporation and comfortable working in a complex matrix organization.
- Experience partnering with other project stakeholders to resolve issues and to mitigate project impacts.
- A results-oriented outlook with the ability to prioritize and deliver key initiatives.
PMP, PMO Certification or PRINCE2 Practitioner or other Project Management Certifications
