**Objective**:

- Ensure the preparation of Factory reports and presentation of data to client and stakeholders via scheduled review meetings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creation of dashboards and generation of reports from JIRA & Confluence pages. Publishing velocity matrix and defects analysis report to required stakeholders Preparing SLA reports Ability to work under own initiative and tight guidelines.

**Skills Experience**:

- Detailed knowledge of Atlassian Jira and ability to create Jira Dashboards, including advanced JIRA skills plug-ins Excellent self-starter, proactive and creative in identifying reporting solutions to meet business needs Good oral and written communication skills with ability to interact with various stakeholders within Customers and vendor partners.
- Good understanding of resourcing functions including talent acquisition.
- Collaboration skills, Good knowledge on MS tools Ability to facilitate calls Good comm skills 5-7 yrs of experience working in IT in PMO Knowledge of Project Management.
