Description
Zycus is looking for an accountable person for managing the Project Management Office (PMO) governance, throughout all phases of the project lifecycle from project initiation to project closure, and conduct of the weekly resource reviews. The PMO Governance and Quality Assurance Lead will ensure the appropriate governance standards, processes and controls are developed, kept up to date and adhered to.
- Assure that project governance is in place, monitor adherence to the methodology. Set Quality standards for the delivery teams. This may include finding new process improvements, monitoring, automation testing and day to day work processes like agile and scrum.
- Be a management representative and execute the management guidelines through continuous intervention and management reporting, including escalations to management.
- Work with internal stakeholders and key leadership managements in all aspects of governance and PnL accounting.
- Experience of Project Planning, Tracking & Monitoring, understanding of Software Metrics Definition & data Analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, required to deal with customer, program managers and various other stakeholders.
- Perform PMO governance tasks supporting the Global Delivery department. Deliver high quality reporting to project stakeholders senior management.
- Achieve continuous improvement in operational and process performance, proactively detecting process related problems or gaps, conducting diagnostics and making recommendations for resolution/closing identified gaps.
- Conduct the compliance refresher session for all the associates on boarded to Client. Prepare trainers list and share invite/decks with the trainer on quarterly basis.
