Agriculture Field Officer

We are looking for a highly motivated Field Officer to join our Agri Input Manufacturing Industry team. As a Field Officer, you will be responsible for managing sales and marketing activities in the assigned territory, building and maintaining relationships with farmers, and promoting our companys agri input products.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Conducting market research to identify potential customers and develop strategies to attract and retain them.
Building and maintaining relationships with farmers, distributors, and other key stakeholders in the assigned territory.
Developing and implementing marketing plans to increase sales of our agri input products.
Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for farmers and distributors.
Monitoring and reporting on market trends and competitor activities.
Collecting and analyzing data on customer preferences and feedback to improve our products and services.
Achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Providing regular feedback to management on sales, marketing, and customer-related issues.
Participating in industry events and conferences to promote our products and services.

**Requirements**:
Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing in the agri input industry.
Knowledge of crop management practices, crop protection products, and fertilizers
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Fluency in the local language(s) and English.
