The Legal Associate for Agricultural Land Records in Real Estate is responsible for providing legal support and expertise in managing and resolving issues related to agricultural land records, property rights, and real estate transactions. This role includes assisting with legal documentation, conducting due diligence, and ensuring compliance with relevant agricultural /commercial and real estate laws and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Legal Support and Documentation**:
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents related to agricultural land and real estate, including deeds, leases, contracts, and easements.

Ensure that all legal documents comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

**Due Diligence and Land Records Management**:
Conduct thorough due diligence and title searches to verify the accuracy and authenticity of agricultural land records and real estate properties.

Assist clients in obtaining, reviewing, and maintaining accurate agricultural land records and real estate documentation, including title deeds, survey reports, and land use permits.

**Research and Analysis**:
Conduct legal research on agricultural land laws, property rights, real estate regulations, and land use policies.

Analyze and interpret legal information, statutes, and case law relevant to agricultural land and real estate issues.

**Dispute Resolution**:
Assist in resolving disputes related to agricultural land ownership, boundary issues, water rights, land encroachments, and real estate transactions.

Prepare legal documents and support senior legal professionals in litigation, mediation, or arbitration processes.

**Client Interaction**:
Provide legal support and advice to clients on matters related to agricultural land records, property rights, and real estate transactions.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their legal needs and provide regular updates on case progress.

**Compliance and Regulatory Guidance**:
Ensure compliance with agricultural land laws, real estate regulations, and zoning laws.

Stay updated on changes in agricultural and real estate laws and advise clients accordingly.

Assist clients in obtaining necessary permits and approvals for agricultural land development and real estate projects.

**Requirement’s**

1. Look after the registration process in the company.

2. Analyze the registration process at the registrar's office.

3. Search for areas where the company can reduce cost and improve the efficiency of the registration process.

4. Look after the legal hindrances that the company may face.

5. Collating and communicating knowledge within the legal team members.

**6. Must be fluent in Kannada Reading and Writing.**

7. Proficiency in English ,Hindi, Telugu.

1. Are available for full time.

2. Can start the working immediately.

3. Professional in Kannada Language.

4. Have relevant skills and interests.

**5. Willingness to travel.**

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
