About the Role:
The Procurement & Field Verification Officer plays a critical operational role, ensuring that every trade executed is physically verified on the ground. You’ll visit supplier sites, confirm stock availability and quality, and oversee daily loading activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Visit supplier warehouses or farms to verify stock and check quality.
- Ensure that stock matches deal terms (e.g., volume, grade, packaging).
- Supervise physical lifting (e.g., 10-20 MT per day if needed).
- Provide real-time updates and reports to internal teams.
- Support dispute resolution through factual reporting and validation.

**Requirements**:

- Willing to travel regularly across India (travel expenses covered).
- Experience in field procurement, warehouse operations, or quality control.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate reports and records.
- Comfortable working in rural/agricultural environments.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹260,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
