**Internship Overview**:
We are looking for **passionate Agriculture graduates/students** to join us as interns. You will work closely with our **agronomy and drone operations team** to assist in **field data collection, pesticide intervention strategies, crop monitoring, and drone-assisted farming solutions**. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in A**gri-tech and smart farming**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Pesticide & Fertilizer Intervention**:

- Assist in planning and optimizing **drone-based pesticide/fertilizer spraying**.
- Study **chemical usage efficiency, dosage calibration, and environmental impact**.
- Help in **field trials** to assess effectiveness of drone spraying vs traditional methods.

**Crop Monitoring & Data Collection**:

- Support **NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index) and multispectral image analysis** for crop health assessment.
- Conduct **field surveys** to validate drone-captured data (disease detection, nutrient deficiency, etc.).
- Assist in generating **farm reports** with actionable insights for farmers.

**Farmer Engagement & Training**:

- Help in **training farmers** on drone-assisted farming benefits.
- Gather **farmer feedback** to improve drone-based solutions.
- **Research & Documentation**:

- Study **government policies** on pesticide use and drone regulations in agriculture.
- Document case studies on **cost savings, yield improvement, and sustainability impact**.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Educational Background**: B.Sc/M.Sc in **Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, Crop Science, or related fields**.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
