Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Advocate to foster strong relationships with customers, driving value from our products and solutions.

This role involves proactively engaging with clients to understand their needs, developing strategic plans to enhance their experience, and ensuring timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain deep customer knowledge to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and implement effective solutions.
  • Develop and manage customer onboarding processes to ensure seamless product adoption.
  • Establish strong communication channels with customers to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in Agriculture or Business Administration is preferred.
  • 3-6 years of experience in Account Management and Customer Success.
  • Proven track record in customer-facing roles, managing requirements, delivering software solutions, and resolving technical issues.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with Software as a Service and Web-based products.

Primary Relationships:

  • Work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to drive customer success.
