**Job Role:

- Provide customers with ETA updates.
- Possess knowledge of tracking and tracing shipments.
- Proficient in using TMS (Transportation Management Systems).
- **Experience in handling Intermodal/ Drayage shipments.**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Understanding of the trucking industry.
- Maintain attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Prior experience in logistics customer service is required.
**Qualifications:
- **
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience working with Canada-based trucking companies is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
