**Job description**

**Shifts: Rotational shifts (timings 05 am to 02 p.m) & 6 days working QUALIFICATION: GRADUATE AND 12TH PASS**

EXCELLENT ENGLISH/ HINDI COMMUNICATION IS MUST FOR THIS JOB

**Job description / Key Responsibilities**

**1.Customer Support**:
Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products, services, and company policies.

**2 Issue Resolution**:
Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated matters efficiently.

**3.Order and Service Management**:
.Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Ensure all transactions comply with company procedures.

**4.Documentation and Reporting**:
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in CRM software.

Generate reports on customer satisfaction, trends, and areas for improvement.

**5. Feedback Collection and Improvement**:
Solicit customer feedback to improve products, services, and processes.

Provide suggestions to management for service enhancement based on customer insights. **6. Microsoft Office and Excel Work**:
Use Microsoft Excel for tracking customer data, analysing trends, and generating reports..

Maintain and organise databases in Excel to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.

**7. Team Collaboration**:
Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service procedures.
