**About the Role**

Join us on an exciting journey as we prepare to launch a premium café in Noida We’re looking for a **dedicated and proactive intern** to help us coordinate and manage various aspects of the launch. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in site operations, procurement, marketing coordination, and café menu execution. If you’re organized, energetic, and live in Noida, we’d love to have you on board

**Responsibilities**
- **Site Work Coordination & Management**:

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities.
- Act as a point of contact between the site team and the core team to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- **Vendor Identification**:

- Research and identify vendors for equipment and supplies required for the café.
- Evaluate vendor options based on quality, cost, and timelines.
- **Procurement Coordination**:

- Assist in sourcing and procuring (menu-related items, furniture, décor, signage, etc.).
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation.
- **Marketing Coordination**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to execute local promotional activities.
- Assist in social media content creation and manage on-ground marketing efforts.
- **Menu Support**:

- Provide assistance in finalizing menu details, including inventory planning and coordination with suppliers.
- Help organize and prepare for menu trials or tastings.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain records of site activities, vendor communication, and marketing plans.
- Take on any additional tasks to help streamline the launch process.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Location**: Must be based in Noida for easy commute to the site.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating between multiple teams.
- Proficiency in basic tools like MS Excel, Word, ChatGPT and Google.
