**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with telecom operators for procurement and management of telecom resources.
- Coordinate with data center vendors for resource procurement and management.
- Oversee vendor relations for asset procurement and management.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to assets and servers.
- Handle internal and external queries through our ticketing system.
- Address day-to-day admin-related queries and operational needs.
**Requirements**:
**Education**: Graduate (BBA preferred).
**Skills**:
- Strong oral and written communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent networking, interpersonal, and resource management skills.
- Experience: 0-1 year in backend operations or related fields.
**Work Environment**:
- Work-from-office only, based in Noida, Sector 2.
- Willing to work flexible hours and roster-based timings (including Sundays).
- 6-day workweek.
- Availability to travel to data centers in different cities of India as needed.
