**Role Overview**:
As an Operations Intern, you will assist in a variety of operational functions and gain valuable insight into the financial industry. You will work closely with the operations team to help streamline processes, ensure smooth execution of transactions, and support day-to-day operational activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the processing and validation of financial transactions.
- Support the team in managing day-to-day operational tasks, including data entry and reconciliation.
- Help maintain and update client records and transaction details in the internal systems.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with different departments to streamline operational workflows.
- Participate in audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Help manage communication between internal teams and external clients or vendors.
- Assist in identifying process improvements and implementing efficiencies in operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in finance and operations management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with financial modeling or other financial software is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous internship or coursework related to finance, accounting, or operations.
- Knowledge of financial products and services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
