**Position Overview**:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Operations Intern** to support our core operations team. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in telecom operations, vendor coordination, data management, and backend administration. You will work closely with our operations team to streamline processes, monitor systems, and contribute to cross-functional collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in procurement and coordination of telecom resources and vendor follow-ups.
- Support in monitoring data center operations and compiling performance data.
- Help maintain vendor databases, evaluation reports, and onboarding checklists.
- Collaborate on day-to-day technical troubleshooting support and documentation.
- Assist in managing internal ticketing systems and analyzing recurring issues.
- Help design and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Work with senior team members to track operational KPIs and maintain dashboards.
- Assist in preparing reports and summaries for leadership decision-making.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Interest in telecom, data center operations, or cloud technology.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, ticketing tools, or data visualization platforms (a plus).
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Graduate/Undergraduate pursuing studies in Business Administration, Operations, or related fields (MBA/BBA preferred).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Availability to work from our Noida, Sector 2 office.
- Flexibility to work on a 6-day schedule and occasional weekends if required.

**Work Environment**:

- On-site internship based in Noida.
- 6-day workweek with potential for travel to data centers within India.
- Internship Duration: 3 to 6 months (extension based on performance).
