**Job Summary**

Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the world of business consulting? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Operations Intern to support our daily operations and help us drive efficiency across various business functions. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing consulting firm while developing skills in recruitment, accounting, client management, and business strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**

As an Operations Intern, you will:

- Assist in managing day-to-day operations across all service verticals.
- Coordinate with clients, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Help the accounting team in organizing and tracking financial data, including invoices and reports.
- Work on research assignments related to market trends, client requirements, and operational improvements.
- Contribute to process optimization and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage internal communications and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

**What We’re Looking For**

We’re seeking someone who is:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, or a related field.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn across multiple domains.
- A strong communicator with good organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office.
- Passionate about solving challenges and contributing to business growth.

**Internship Details**
- **Location**: Sector 62, Noida (co-working office space)
- **Mode**: Hybrid (2-3 days a week in-office, remaining days remote)
- **Duration**: 3 months (with the possibility of extension)
- **Stipend**: ₹8,000 - ₹12,000 per month (performance-based incentives available)
- **Start Date**: Immediate
