**What You’ll Do**

As an intern, you’ll support our **Order-to-Cash** operations team. You’ll learn how to manage sales orders, review contracts, assist with invoicing, and help ensure smooth operational processes. You’ll also get exposure to tools like **Salesforce** and **Dynamics 365**, and work closely with our finance and sales teams.

**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Reviewing deals and contracts for accuracy in Salesforce
- Creating and updating subscription orders in Dynamics 365
- Assisting with invoicing and maintaining accurate billing records
- Supporting internal communications related to order accuracy and documentation
- Helping generate reports and identify process improvements
- Ensuring compliance with company policies.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Currently enrolled in a college program (business, finance, or related field preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and in a team
