Job Title: Order to Cash (O2C) Collections Executive

Location: Noida

Work Mode: Hybrid (Work From Office & Home)

Shift: Night Shift

Job Summary:

The O2C – Collections Executive is responsible for managing and executing the Order-to-Cash (O2C) collection process, ensuring timely and accurate collection of accounts receivable while maintaining strong customer relationships. The role supports reporting, performance monitoring, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute the Order-to-Cash Collection process, ensuring timely and accurate cash application.
  • Monitor, maintain, and improve service performance metrics such as Accounts Receivable (AR) and overdue invoice levels.
  • Provide regular updates on work-in-progress, customer portfolio status, and assist in planning and coordinating execution of collection activities.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve issues promptly while recommending effective solutions.
  • Deliver quality and cost-effective collection services while driving process improvement initiatives.
  • Take ownership of the Accounts Receivable sub-ledger and support the month-end closing process.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses and reporting as required by management.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Education: Graduate in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related field (Accounting degree preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in B2B collection or related fields.

  • Exposure to any of the following areas is preferred but not mandatory:

  • Sales, Billing, Cash Application, Contract Management, Credit Management, Collections, Reconciliations, and Customer Query Handling.

  • Experience using ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar).

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make fact-based decisions.
  • Proactive in identifying risks/issues and providing recommendations.
  • Experience in team collaboration and stakeholder coordination.
  • Prior experience in Shared Services (SSC) or BPO environment is an advantage.
  • Capable of performing data analysis and medium to high complexity tasks.
