- Responsibilities_

**_ _**
- _Understand the negative impact to AMPS and data integrity issues if cash applied automatically is not audited. Also results in erroneous cash discounts and negative impact to cash flow._
- _Application of cash for business region_
- _Ongoing maintenance of A/R customer accounts continuously identifying and correcting items that require re-coding on auto cash or can be linked to available cash on account._
- _Clear understanding of SAP Account Receivables and basic accounting principles with an understanding of our impact on Customer Development/AMPS._
- _Ability to interpret customer documentation that can be vague at times and solve problems related to customer payments._
- _Application of checks remittance to customers’ accounts under tight deadlines. Remain current on the workload and redistribute assigned work if necessary._
- _Must be willing to work overtime during peak periods, month end, and year end._
- _Ability to deal with difficult internal and external customer situations requiring tact and professionalism_
- _Ability to analyze and problem solve_
- _Accurate interpretation of vague remittance documentation_
- _Ability to deal with system issues and missing bank files_
- _Time management ensuring all time targets met_
- _Identify process improvements to improve customer behavior, cash processes, and auto cash match. Share knowledge gained with Team Lead and Team._

- Minimum Qualifications / Skills_
- _Bachelor or Graduate degree_
- _Relevant years of experience in Order to Cash_
- _Strong analytical and problem-solving skills_
- _Excellent customer service and communication skills_
- _Must be self-reliant, resourceful, and proactive in approaching tasks._
- _Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data._
- _Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities_
- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Exposure to (SAP / Oracle / Salesforce / TPM)_
- o Experience in Trade or Non-Trade deductions for Trade Management, OR_
- o Order Entry or Fulfilment experience for Order Management, OR_
- o Contract review & Entry experience for Contract Management, OR_
- _Knowledge of all Order-to-cash processes in the CPG or retail industry._
- _Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Strong communication skills_
- _Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines._
- _Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment._
- _Ability to multi-task and prioritize items with specific time constraints._
- _Client-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to internal and external client requests._
