Role & responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough research on industry trends, market segments, and competitors to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Analyzing customer needs and preferences to tailor products or services accordingly.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to create effective lead-generation campaigns.
- Attending industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Utilizing online platforms and social media to connect with professionals and organizations in the industry.
- Call and face-to-face visits with prospective, new, and present customers to assist new business.
- Actively engaging in the sales process to acquire new customers and clients.
- Conducting sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Implementing strategies to retain existing customers and enhance their loyalty.
- Seeking feedback from customers and addressing their concerns to improve overall satisfaction.
- Providing educational content and resources to customers to enhance their understanding of services.
- Offering workship, webinars, or trainings sessions to demonstrate the value of the companys offerings.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in ERP CRM sales/ Software sales /IT Sales (Direct sales) in corporate.

- Hands on experience in prearranging and giving power point presentation. Excellent Communication skills (Written and Verbal) with Highly Profession approach

- Self driven personality with can do it attitude.
- Can work under pressure. Always ready to achieve next level of targets.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
