**Position - System Administrator**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Primarily responsible for the monitoring, administration and maintenance of all Global
Windows-based server instances. This will include responding to support for end user issues on
Windows servers, active directory, Exchange and overall problem management responsibilities.
Responsibility also includes consolidation or migration of services in Windows platform.
- Handle Tier 2 & 3 support cases towards Windows Support.
- Troubleshoot Windows Hardware and Software issues to resolution.
- To manage and support all Windows clients and servers including the Operating

System.
- Perform system tuning, performance reports, and root cause analysis.
- Perform network troubleshooting to determine system or network-related issues.

- Respond, resolve, and escalate user issues within the windows environment via internal ticketing systems
- Familiar with deploying and updating software using SCCM.
- Perform installations and patching of windows client and Server OS.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
- Scripting Knowledge (Power Shell / Batch / VBS etc.)
- Scripting knowledge and automation experience are mandatory.

**Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, And Experience**:
Active Directory &Exchange Management: Monitor and maintain Active Directory and Exchange servers for performance, efficiency and security. This will include overall domain ownership, maintenance of structure, and maintenance of Group Policy Objects. Regular patch management and Change Management responsibilities as required.
- VMWare Virtualization and administration skills will be an additional advantage.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information

Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to perform system administration for Windows environments with an experience of atleast 4-7 years.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams.
- Excellent customer service attitude, ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
- Experience working in a multiple vendor platform environment.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software components and their interaction with the operating system software, and excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Can conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem - solving capabilities.

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
