**Job Summary**:As an Operations Executive in our stock market company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our trading activities, compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional support to our traders and clients. You will be responsible for executing various operational tasks, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with administrative duties as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Trade Execution**: Execute buy and sell orders on various stock exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.

**Settlements**: Monitor and ensure the timely settlement of trades.

**Regulatory Compliance**: Stay updated on stock market regulations and ensure that all trading activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.

**Reconciliation**: Perform daily and periodic reconciliation of trades, positions, and cash balances.

**Reporting**: Prepare and maintain reports related to trading activities, settlements, and compliance.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments, such as risk management, compliance, and finance, to ensure seamless operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of stock market operations, trading platforms, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in stock market operations or a related field is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹1.56 - ₹2.04 per year
