Qualification
- Degree in Architecture from reputed institute

Job Details:

- Co-ordination with liasioning & project architect.
- Review all drawing received from project design architect, area calculation, Modification of drawing as per requirement.
- Review Arch, RCC, MEP, Façade, landscape & interior drawing.
- Coordination with Arch, RCC, MEP & all other consultant, Conducting All design coordination meeting, Site Visit as needed, Knowledge of latest building products, construction detail, Excellent drawing skill & familiar with updated software’s,
- Computer Proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office,3D Software, Sketch up etc.
- Knowledge of D.C regulations of Mumbai, Municipal drawings, project working Drawing. (Worked in MCGM and adept with its rules is critical)

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
