Role Description

MedServe is seeking few Senior Healthcare Recruiters to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This is a full-time onsite role that involves recruiting for positions across the healthcare industry in the MENA/ UK/ USA region.

**Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree required

5+ years of experience in a healthcare recruiting role

Proven track record of achieving targets

Ability to source and recruit top-tier talent through various methods

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail

Experience in organizing and attending job fairs, career fairs, and other recruiting events.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing quality work on tight deadlines

Excellent knowledge of recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work with a diverse team

Excellent Communicator and Arabic language proficiency preferred

Should be apt at conducting townhalls for 100+ more participants

Should be able to multi task and complete the tasks within stipulated time frame.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
