We are looking for a young, self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) for the role of HR Recruiter in our organization.

**Education**:Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field

**Language Proficiency**: Fluency in English (verbal and written), Tamil (verbal and written) and Hindi (verbal)

**Brief Job Description**:

- Designing and implementing recruiting strategy for the organization.
- Working with management to develop a recruitment plan.
- Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
- Drafting and posting job descriptions.
- Preparing job offers.
- Networking with campus placement cells of various institutions
- Source applicants through online Job Portals, Social Media.
- Handling of administration and record-keeping.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
