**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to remind schools about upcoming author events and festivals.
- Ensure clients are well-informed and have all necessary details about the events.
- Achieve and exceed registration targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Address any client inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of all calling activities.
- Provide regular reports on call outcomes, achievements, and customer feedback.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an outbound sales role, preferably in international markets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
