**Exp Req**: Min 1 yr of exp.

**Working Days**: 5 (Rotational Shift)

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- It is a blended process of voice, chat, and through the web, and agents are required to provide resolution through this medium.
- To get positive reviews from customers.
- Be able to achieve sales targets for designated products every month.
- Maintained minimum benchmark specified by the Quality Department.
- Good English language skills, both written and verbal.
- This role requires a person to provide technical assistance to Stellar customers across the globe on Stellar software products.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A keen eye for attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Ready to work in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
