Job Description for a VIP- **International voice process**

**Process Name - Reach Mobile**

**Responsibilities**
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customers
- Develop a deep understanding and detailed information of the company’s product and services.
- Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone.
- Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation in any field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Atleast 6 months of experience in international voice process.

**Shift Timings - 5 days working - Rotational shifts/ Rotational week off**

**Job Location : PLOT NO, 76-A, Phase IV, Udyog Vihar, Sector 18, Gurugram, Haryana 122016**

**Job Type: Full Time**

**Remuneration(CTC)**:26000 - 29000 (In hand)

**Both ways cab**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon City, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
