**Role Overview**:
As a **Student Counsellor**, you will be the first point of contact for students and parents. Your role is to provide guidance on our courses, understand students’ career goals, and support them in making informed decisions. This role is ideal for those with good communication skills, a friendly attitude, and a desire to help others succeed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and counsel walk-in and phone-in inquiries regarding our training programs
- Understand student needs and suggest suitable courses
- Convert inquiries into enrollments through persuasive and supportive conversations
- Maintain accurate records of students and daily reports
- Coordinate with trainers and admin team for smooth batch scheduling
- Provide post-enrollment support to students and ensure their satisfaction

**Who Can Apply**:

- **Fresh graduates (any stream)** - No prior experience required
- Must be **female** (as per staffing requirement for a balanced and safe workplace)
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil
- Friendly, empathetic, and confident personality
