Schedule Meetings and complete all administrative related paperwork.
- Responsible for maintaining records of people moving in and out of the organization.
- Coordinating for the internal activities of the organization.
- Owner of maintaining all office supplies like Stationery, Communication Devices etc.
- Receive,redirect and maintain all incoming correspondence, including couriers, vendors, bills etc.
- Retrieve, communicate and update all the invoice details every month.
- Supervise Housekeeping operations with in the organization.
- Responsible for preparing the Weekly and Monthly reports for the Management.
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹22,142.03 per month
