Job Description:_**

As a Marketplace Operations intern, you will work in the intersection between the (a) on ground operations team, (b) the growth team and (c) the marketplaces. You will be responsible for actioning numerous day to day items that are critical to the smooth functioning of the teams and the business.

Roles & Responsibility:_**
- Identify and resolve issues related to online marketplaces (Amazon/Flipkart) such as: blocked/suppressed/at risk listings, product policy compliance etc.
- Raise tickets, upload files and write Plan of Actions (PoAs) for online marketplaces by working with relevant stakeholders
- Identify and fix issues such as Search Suppressed Listings, Potential Pricing Errors, Stranded Inventory etc.
- Execute latching/listing of new products on correct seller panels
- Populate data from internal reports onto marketplace specific template files
- Ensure correct nodding and perform regular audits across marketplaces
- Carry out daily price updations and invoice mapping
- Support the Marketplace Operations team with Ad Hoc tasks

- Work from Office, Monday to Friday
- Morning 09:30 am onwards
- Indiranagar, Bangalore.
