- Broad Function:
- Roles And Responsibilities:
**Communication Facilitation**:

- Assist in organizing virtual meetings, ensuring effective communication between the CCM team and clients in Germany.

**Client Interaction**:

- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, providing necessary information and support.
- Collaborate with the CCM team to address client concerns and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

**Project Coordination**:

- Assist in coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and milestones between the CCM team and clients in Germany.
- Update project documentation and communicate progress updates to both parties.
- Provide linguistic support during meetings, presentations, and conferences involving German-speaking
clients.

**Cultural Sensitivity**:

- Foster understanding and collaboration between the Indian and German teams by navigating cultural differences.
- Provide guidance to ensure effective cross-cultural communication.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in German language usage and communication.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Review translated documents for accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct periodic checks on communication channels to maintain quality standards.
- Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in **BFSI** role is preferred.
- Previous experience in translation and interpretation, particularly in a business or technical context.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
