Flair for conceptual design, good in perspective drawings manually and also computer aided & detailing.
- Able to produce conceptual interior design drawings and working drawings, detail drawings for Execution of work.
- Consistent follow up on outstanding works and issues, propose solutions and report to superior.
- Ensure a high standard of quality control on all relevant documentation, including drawings, schedule, specification, and site delivery.
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
- Assist overall project activities development for multiple projects across all process, including initiation, execution monitoring, cost control and closure.
- Ensure smooth progress of the project through close liaison/ attend meeting with clients. consultants, sub-contractors and relevant authorities.
- Prepare project costing, schedules and progress reports.
- Responsible for all project’s correspondence and documentations.
- Ensure that the project is completely handed over without defect works.
- On-site arrangements, to organize & prepare construction workers to start work.
- Supervise worker's construction to ensure site progress.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Auto Cad 2D, Detailing, layout designing after taking measurement.
- Material Knowledge on site is required with Rates of workers on sites
- Able to work for long hours.

**Salary**: ₹11,820.56 - ₹25,876.13 per month
