**Job Title**: Site Supervisor - Interior Design Projects

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day site operations for interior design and fit-out projects.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and laborers.
- Ensure project work is completed according to drawings, designs, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, track timelines, and report daily/weekly updates to project managers and senior management.
- Conduct site inspections to maintain safety and quality standards.
- Handle site measurements, material checks, and inventory management.
- Resolve any on-site issues or delays in a timely and effective manner.
- Attend client meetings and ensure client requirements are implemented accurately.
- Assist in scheduling material deliveries and installation work.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience managing interior projects (residential, commercial, or retail preferred).
- Strong knowledge of construction/interior fit-out processes, materials, and methods.
- Ability to read and interpret interior design drawings and technical documents.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic project management tools.
- Flexible to work at multiple project sites as needed.

**Preferred**:

- Knowledge of AutoCAD or basic drafting tools.
- Prior experience working with architects, designers, and contractors.
